Program Description: exchange recycleable materials such as metal, newspapers, etc. for flower/vegetable seeds and tree seedlings.  Also coordinated volunteer clean up of Ritter Park.

Specific Goals of Program: Increase environmental awareness, reforest community, encourage recycling, and clean up Ritter Park

Supplies Needed (Manpower, money, materials etc.): Coordinator, volunteers, community groups, seedlings from state nursery, work gloves/trash bags from WVDNR, recycling bin from BFI, educational displays from local Audubon Society and Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition, and cash from local businesses.
